If you’re not utterly obsessed with your recent purchase, just send it back to us! SILENTSIREN. with Bridals' will refund all non-sale items within 3 days from the date you got your package for all Hong Kong/China purchases; and within 10 days for international purchases.
REPEATED RETURNS
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We DO MONITOR the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns WILL BE FLAGGED and potentially REFUSED at our discretion or lead to the closure of your SILENTSIREN. with Bridals' account.
HANDLING CHARGE
We will be charging $20HKD handling fee for each returning item.
RETURN PROCEDURE
1, It's a MUST to send us an email to intlsales@bysilentsiren.com in advance within 2 days from the date you got your package for all purchases (local or international). Please state the order number and your name to request a return. All return items MUST be sent back within 3 days after receiving your email notification, otherwise no refund will be issued.
2, Please use good sense when ordering away from home. SILENTSIREN. with Bridals' will not accept return items beyond our 3-day return policy.
3, Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. Re-sending undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur additional postage. LOST PACKAGES DUE TO INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

5, Please state your order number outside the package.
6, Please remember to ask you post office/ carrier for a proof of posting certificate and keep if safe for your reference. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned package, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will automatically be issued as same form as the original payment, within 14 working days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process that processing time can vary greatly and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

All returned items must be unworn and unwashed merchandise. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be processed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except faulty items.
FAULTY ITEMS
Faulty items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that damage as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair or exchange faulty items. Please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a FULL refund if the item can’t be replaced or repaired, which includes the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.

At this stage , we are unable to offer exchanges. If you want to replace your items for a different size or colour, you will need to place a new order.
